Only 5 more days until I will be hitting the Miss Louisiana USA Stage!
I have my dress, swimsuit, interview dress, opening number and everything else packed up and ready to go!
I’ve been anxiously waiting for this weekend ever since I was crowned Miss LSU-USA in March.
Representing my University is seriously the most amazing feeling in the whole world and to be able to do so at a state level, is truly a dream come true! I could not have done it without the amazing support from my friends and family!
Unfortunately, the Miss Louisiana USA pageant falls on LSU’s Homecoming…But I will be representing my tigers on stage!
Homecoming week is such an exciting week and I challenge you to try and make as many homecoming events as possible! There’s the parade, pep rally, the homecoming court announcements, and tons of other events going on. Help cheer on our tigers for doing such a great job this season!
The week following the pageant I will be making appearances to different sorority houses to talk about Miss LSU-USA! I will be discussing my experiences, preparations and promoting the title.
Come out to your chapter meetings so you can have the opportunity to be the next Miss LSU-USA!
Look for me this week in The Legacy and DIG-Baton Rouge, for two of my featured articles!
Before I wrap up this blog…I just would like to thank everyone for their constant support! Thank you Delta Zeta for providing me with all of the tools that I need for Miss Louisiana USA!
You guys have truly been so awesome!
Regardless of the results on Saturday night, I am so thankful for my journey as Miss LSU-USA. Being an ambassador for such a traditional, united and spirited college is already a prize in itself, and I’m so honored to have this job.
Wish me the best of luck! And as always, Geaux Tigers!
